A supplementary affidavit has been filed by the petitioner. In paragraph no. 3 thereof it has been stated that total dues amount of Rs.94,20,396 will be paid in six installments at every two months.

In view of the aforesaid statement this writ petition is disposed of that the petitioner in terms of this affidavit will deposit the money in six installments at every two months. In

Patna High Court CWJC No.14379 of 2016 (3) dt.15-09-2017 failure to deposit the installments, the Corporation will be at liberty to proceed with the matter in accordance with law. Petitioner will be at liberty to make a claim of outstanding dues against the Corporation. If such claim is filed the Managing Director of the Corporation or any competent authority will look into the matter and reconciliate or adjust the amount against the dues. So long as the petitioner will abide by his affidavit, no coercive action will be taken against the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
