Petitioner seeks bail in Goh P.S. Case No.280 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366-A/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim on her recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has stated that she was having love affairs with this petitioner. She had voluntarily gone with this petitioner and lived with him for 12 days.

Petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
