JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, this petitioner along with other coaccused persons caused death of the sister informant due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the personal affairs of the deceased. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. As a matter

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Bahadurpur (Pator O.P.)
