JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Reference may be made to the order dated 05.07.2019 passed by this Court which reads as under:- "Although the Review Application has been preferred saying that learned counsel for the petitioner was not present on the said date and therefore he was unable to assist this Court, when this Court called upon learned counsel for the petitioner to show as to whether or not the statements made in the show cause filed on behalf of the Treasury Officer, Jehanabad is correct and whether he has been contesting the statement made in paragraph '13' of the show

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to controvert the statements made in paragraph '13' of the show cause filed on behalf of the Treasury Officer, Jehanabad.
