JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired in the present case after recovery of the dead body. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.03.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he was not named in the F.I.R. and also the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than one year, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
