2. The petitioner seeks apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that on the date and time of occurrence, this petitioner along with some other unknown miscreants threw poisonous chemical on the face of the informant and started pressing his neck with an intention to kill. When the informant raised alarm all the co-accused persons fled away and also took Rs. 50,000/- of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is the wife of the informant and on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41897 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 the day of occurrence, both were living in the same house. Petitioner had already filed Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 525 of 2023 against the informant. The injury found to be simple in nature as stated in para 10 of the petition. The petitioner bears fair antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IV, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 524 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Ranjeet/- U T
