JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-02-2022 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application as against petitioners No. 1, 4 and 5. Permitted to be withdrawn.
It is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioners No. 1, 4 and 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

Case No. 05/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner No. 2 and petitioner No. 3 are female members of the family and it has been submitted that they have been falsely implicated in this case and there is no evidence against these petitioners.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner No. 2 and Petitioner No. 3 above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi, in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 05/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
