The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 160 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration, the offences alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, custodial investigation for the purpose of identification and recovery is required, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
