No.21513 of 2019, the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.527 of 2017, pending in the Court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time.

Prayer is for extension of time.

Prayer is allowed.

Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
