JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. At the very outset, it is pointed out that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner No. 2 has already been dismissed as withdrawn by this court vide order dated 13-11-2014. So far as petitioner Nos. 1 & 3 are concerned; they apprehend their arrest in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S. Case No. 273 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections324, 308, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The only allegation against petitioner Nos. 1 & 3 is that they were taking care of patients in the clinic.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41716 of 2014 (5) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner Nos. 1 & 3 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 273 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha (West Champaran) subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
