The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.A.No.261 of 2011, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 14.08.2014.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the facts disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let M.A. No.261 of 2011 be restored to its original file. It is made clear that if the order dated 14.08.2014 passed in M.A.N.261 of 2011 is not complied with in its letter and spirit within four weeks from today, M.A.No.261 of 2011 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
