2. The petitioner has moved the Court for quashing of order dated 19.08.2016 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority').

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.16179 of 2016 dt.11-07-2017 2/2 application in order to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order impugned.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

6. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within three weeks from today, along with a copy of this order, the same shall be considered on its own merits and disposed off expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of filing of the appeal.
