Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 65 of the I.T. Act.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of demand of ransom is against unknown.

Submission is that only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of co-accused, Niranjan Kumar Bhagat. Thereafter, petitioner was remanded in nine criminal cases registered against unknown. No money was transferred to the Bank account of the petitioner, nor referred mobile belongs to the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2019. Investigation of the case is complete.

No.36261 of 2019(2) dt.10-06-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Shastri Nagar Police Station Case No.373 of 2015, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
