The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 and 30 of the Arms Act.
It is a case of celebratory firing upon the Barat Party by the accused persons.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot. He further submits that no one was caused by fire arm injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49233 of 2021(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Chauri P.S.
