The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Rupaspur P.S. Case No.62 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant got information that one Sonu was selling liquor in the house of Manorma Devi (petitioner). On such information, a raid was conducted. The boy was caught running away. He was having a bag in his hand. 11 bottles each containing 180 ml of whisky were recovered from the bag. On search of the hut of the petitioner, 60 bottles each containing 180 ml of Imperial Blue Whisky were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not the owner of the hut. She has falsely been

Learned A.P.P., however, opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts that the hut of the petitioner was searched and 60 bottles each containing 180 ml of liquor were recovered from the hut of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
