While deciding the grievance of the writ petitioner, it was found by the learned Single Judge that the writ petitioner was appointed in the pay scale of Rs. 85-100/- in the Work Charge Establishment; whereafter that scale was

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1568 of 2018(5) dt.07-07-2022 2/2 revised, re-revised and finally the revised scale of the writ petitioner was in the slab of Rs. 3200-4900/-. This had the sanction of the Finance Department. The aforesaid scale was in PB-1 of Work Supervisor.

There is no dispute with respect to the aforesaid scale having been granted to the writ petitioner for which he has been paid.

There does not appear to be any anomaly in the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

The appeal has no merits and it is dismissed accordingly.
