ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-02-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 17.3.2011 passed by the Sessions Judge, Samastipur in Criminal Revision No.388 of 2010, by which he has set aside the order dated 22.5.2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Samastipur, by which he had dismissed an application under Section 323 Cr.P.C. filed by the Informant.
Considering that even if charge is framed under Section 436 I.P.C., no prejudice would be caused to the Petitioners. Hence, the application is dismissed.
