The petitioner is accused in connection with Balua Bazar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016 registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regarding theft of five mobile sets and cash from the shop of the informant, Balua Bazar P.S. Case No. 09.2016 was instituted by the informant against unknown.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, one stolen mobile set was recovered from possession of the petitioner but the same mobile set was handed over to him by his brother-in-law, Md. Sahbul. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in custody

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Supaul, in connection with Balua Bazar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
