1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondents- Police authorities to conclude investigation of Tajpur (O.P. Halai) P.S. Case No. 267 of 2017.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State stating therein that investigation of the case has already been concluded and the case has been found true against six F.I.R. named accused out of whom three have been granted bail by the Hon'ble Court and the rest three F.I.R. named accused

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.197 of 2021(6) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 have been given benefit of Section 41(1) of the Cr.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that Police shall file charge sheet as early as possible preferably within a period of three months.

4. In view of the submission made on behalf of the learned counsel for the State, this writ application is disposed of with observation that Police shall take steps for filing of the Final Form as early as possible preferably within three months from today.
