2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have earlier moved before this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No.3933 of 2016 which was allowed in their favour, but the Municipal Corporation has challenged the order passed by Hon'ble Single Judge before the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.1777 of 2018 in which vide order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.10282 of 2022(3) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 30.07.2019, the same was allowed in favour of Municipal Corporation and the Hon'ble Single Judge's order has been set aside.

3. Counsel further submits that the petitioners have further moved before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C) No.026666 of 2019 and vide order dated 17.01.2020, the same was also dismissed. As such, counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdrawn this case.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the present writ application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
