2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University Darbhanga negating the claim of the petitioner.

3. However, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to file a representation before the Registrar of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga for redressal of his grievance.
