The only grievance raised on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that, for grant of an appropriate relief, the petitioners have filed Parcha Cancellation Case No.54 of 2014 before the respondent District Collector, Khagaria, but that is not being disposed of by him for the reasons best known to him. Without expressing any opinion about the claims of the petitioners with respect to the lands under dispute, this Court is of the opinion that interest of justice shall be sub-served, if the respondent District Collector, Khagaria is directed to dispose of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6501 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 the aforesaid Parcha Cancellation Case No.54 of 2014 strictly in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, at an early date, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is ordered accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the directions made above.
