The present application has been filed for transfer of Guardianship Case No. 1/2022 pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger as the petitioner is residing with her parents at Munger.

The opposite party has filed the Guardianship Case No. 1/2022 before the Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram for custody of their son namely, Mehul Gupta, aged about five years.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that negotiation for amicable settlement between the petitioner and the opposite party is going on and some positive outcome is likely to come.

Patna High Court MJC No.1231 of 2022(7) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 Accordingly, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court, if no positive result comes out between the parties. Learned counsel for the opposite party has got no objection to this prayer. Accordingly, permission is granted to the petitioner to withdraw this application with aforesaid liberty. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
