The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P. S. Case No. 1005 of 2019 dated 14.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, 1959 and 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of an arrested accused person. No recovery has been made from the petitioner. In two other cases in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35829 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2021 2/2 which the petitioner was earlier made accused, he has been granted bail.

He is in custody since 14.11.2019.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P. S. Case No. 1005 of 2019. The petition stands allowed.
