Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 01.05.2019, 27.06.2019, 27.06.2019 and 28.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 28393 of 2019, 29877 of 2019, 36825 of 2019 and 39435 of 2019 respectively. Learned counsel has produced the web
