Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-consideration of her case notwithstanding the fact that this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 8414 of 2010 has examined the similar issue and issued direction to the respondents to make appointment on Class-IV posts. The decision of the Writ Court was affirmed by the L.P.A. Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ application

Patna High Court CWJC No.2850 of 2016 dt.13-03-2018 2/2 is disposed of with a direction to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 8414 of 2010 and final order in this regard must be passed by the respondent Director, Mass Education within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
