The petitioner is accused in connection with K. Nagar (Shrinagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 281 of 2016, registered under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is of recovery of two country made pistols and three live cartridges beneath the bed of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. In fact, petitioner was apprehended in the present case on 20.08.2016 and thereafter he was remanded in K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 356 of 2016, in which, he is on bail. No.3415 of 2017 (2) dt.13-02-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K.
