The petitioner has put to challenge an order dated 10.10.2018, issued by Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar whereby Respondent No. 7 has been posted at Awasiya Model Middle School Bhaisasur, Biharsharif. The petitioner was working as Headmaster of the school in question and has admittedly retired with effect from 31.01.2019.

Since the petitioner has superannuated, no cause of
