JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable and u/s 25(1-b)a, 26(i) of Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, one automatic pistol of 7.65 mm bore and four live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case due to village politics. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way concerned with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.
