Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report goes to show that it was co-accused, Raja Ram Kumar, who is said to have given fatal blow to deceased. Although, it is alleged that petitioner was also present on the place of occurrence but no overt-act has been attributed against him. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and he has also been put on trial. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
