02. 20.03.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 162 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 448, 323, 325, 354 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul.

It appears that the Petitioners have already surrendered before the Court below and, hence, the application is not maintainable.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41116 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 The Petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order which shall consider the fact that earlier the Petitioners have been granted bail by a Court and they have not misused the privilege of bail in the intervening period of bail.

With these observations, the application is disposed off.
