2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 518 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'I.P.C.'), later on added Section 201, 120-B/34 of the I.P.C.
3. The accused/petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 10.11.2022.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is to commit murder of son of informant alongwith other co-accused persons/family members by causing bodily injuries, where occurrence is arises out of previous disputes and differences.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that allegation against this petitioner is appearing very much general and omnibus and his implication with present case is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39285 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 only being wife of accused Shailendra Kumar. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Arjun Mahto has already been granted bail by one of the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 18164 of 2023 viode order dated 12.05.2023. While concluding the argument, it has been submitted that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and moreover, investigation of this case has been completed, for which, chargesheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
6. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances as mentioned above, as petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, having general and omnibus allegation coupled with the fact that charge-sheet has already submitted, where petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2022, accordingly, above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 518 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif/concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C.
