The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that an altercation has taken place on account of cutting the branch of Jalebi tree. There is a case and counter case between the parties. The members of prosecution side also sustained injury in the counter case Beldaur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2016. The injury report in the instant case has been annexed as Annexure-3, 3A, 3B, 3C, which is simple in nature. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 11.11.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.2278 of 2017 (2) dt.04-02-2017 2/2 the case, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Khagaria, in connection with Beldaur P.S.
