2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 29.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68593 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 154 of 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate (1st Class), Nawada, subject to deposit of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46156 of 2024(2) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

4. The order dated 29.02.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
