JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 302, 323, 341, 504 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that all accused persons came variously armed, assaulted the father of the informant when it is specifically alleged that Jito Manjhi pressed the chest of the father of the informant as a result the father of the informant succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that specific accusation is against Jito Manjhi and the petitioner has been roped in the present case due to the previous enmity between the parties.

Let learned Court below consider the regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15339 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
