JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 288 of 2016 registered under sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that a country made pistol with seven live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted that this petitioner has been in custody since 16.10.2016 and he has been falsely implicated at the behest of rice mill owner. It appears from para-3 of the bail petition that this petitioner is accused earlier in serious cases, so at this stage I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer is rejected. However, he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
