ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 375 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406/34 the Indian Penal Code.
Today, two bank drafts and a cheque bearing Nos. 987457, 987459 and 721063 respectively amounting to Rs. 29,01000/- in total have been handed over to the opposite party no. 2 which is accepted by learned counsel for the opposite party
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17591 of 2015 (7) dt.14-12-2015 no. 2 with protest.
Let copy of the same be kept on record.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 further submits that he is registering his protest and the matter may be contested before the Court below.
Considering the bonafide act of the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 375 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
