ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2019 in connection with Special Excise Case No.362 of 2019 arising out of Dagarua P.S. Case No.63 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that the alleged recoveries were from the vehicle which was being driven by the petitioner and not from his conscious possession as he is merely a Driver, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge,
