2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 279 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. From the materials on record, it appears to be a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37026 of 2025(4) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 case of suicide.

7. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj/ concerned Court in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 279 of 2024.
