JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 The matter has been taken up out of turn since the petitioner has to appear in I.SC.

examination which has commenced from 18.02.2015. A supplementary affidavit to that effect has been filed with admit card issued by the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna.

Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 325, 341, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The accusation against the petitioner is of making assault to the informant causing injury on his head, spinal cod, snatching Rs. 25,000/- and gold chain as well as abusing by calling caste name.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43364 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2 / 2 On merits, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

However, for appearing at the examination, let no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura, till 30.03.2015. Thereafter the petitioner will surrender and pray for regular bail. With this observation, the application is disposed off.
