JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-11-2025 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 217, 230, 231, 240, 248, 132, 142, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other coaccused persons named in this F.I.R., kidnapped the victim (Ajay Narayan Jha).

4. During course of investigation, on the basis of call details record (C.D.R.) and CCTV footage, the police apprehended one Manoj Rishi and his statement was got

No.37202 of 2025(4) dt.15-11-2025 2/3 recorded under Sections 161 and 164 Cr.P.C., in which, it was revealed that the victim Ajay Narayan Jha was living separately in Balsad (Gujarat) and he had himself hatched a conspiracy of his own kidnapping and had handed over his own mobile number to his wife Gudiya Devi, cousin Akhilesh Jha, Vimal Jha (petitioner), sister and nephew, who were in touch with his wife Gudiya Devi.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Only material, which has come against petitioner, is that he was in touch with the victim and his wife through mobile. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani in connection with Andhrathari P.S. Case No. 121 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of
