The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Private Opposite Parties by an order dated 28.10.2013 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in Complaint Case No. 685 of 2013 on merits of the case.

Since this can be no ground for cancelling bail which is a serious matter and there is no indication that in the intervening period the Private Opposite Parties have ever misused the privilege of bail, the application stands rejected.
