Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Nepali liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are female. They are in custody since 08.04.2019. Investigation of the case is complete.

Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41473 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 connection with Deodha Police Station Case No.41 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
