JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that due to typing error the father's name of the petitioner was typed as Haribansh Tiwary in Cr. Misc No.10818 of 2015 in place of Mahendra Tiwari and due to aforesaid error the same mistake occurred in cause title of order dated 20.03.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 10818 of 2015 and, accordingly, as prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in father's name of the petitioner in Criminal Misc. No. 10818 of 2015 within course of the day. Similarly, in the order dated 20.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 10818 of 2015, the father's name of the petitioner be read as "Mahendra

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15108 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 Tiwari" in place of "Haribansh Tiwari". The order dated 20.03.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.10818 of 2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.

Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. Petitioner must surrender before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara/ concerned court in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No. 21 of 2015 within four weeks from today and if he does so, the concerned court shall proceed in accordance with the order dated 20.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10818 of 2015.
