In view of the aforesaid submission, this appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with the above stated liberty. However, it is made clear that if the appeal is filed before appropriate forum within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, the time spent during the pendency of this appeal shall be considered by the concerned court for the purpose of condonation of delay.
