2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad Sadar P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 341, 323, 325, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

3. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner handed over Punjab National Bank a draft bearing no. 741458 amounting to Rs. 11 lakhs to the informant, Ranjan Kumar, who is present and has received the said draft.

4. Both the parties admitted that the dispute between the parties has been resolved.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or

Case No. 31 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
