2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of this writ petition with a direction to the Additional Collector, Supaul (Respondent No. 3) to act upon in the light of Letter No. 1092.2/Ra dated 15.11.2022 which has been issued by the DCLR, Supaul (Respondent No. 4) in the Jamabandi Correction Case No. 33/2001-02.

3. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Additional Collector, Supaul (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the aforesaid case in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10238 of 2023(2) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
