This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Amdabad P.S. Case No.34 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 105 of the B.N.S. 2023. 3.

The petitioner is a boatman in the accident in which nine persons are said to have died.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
