It would appear that petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 8484/2014 but due to typographical error, title cause was wrongly typed which was corrected by this court vide order dated 30.04.2014. Liberty was granted to the petitioner to surrender within two weeks from 30.04.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 332/ 2012 pending before the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas. Furthermore, it would appear that order dated 30.04.2014 was communicated to the court of Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas on 28.06.2014 as a result thereof petitioner could not surrender before the concerned court within time. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of with direction
