The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379, 427, 448, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that 20-25 accused persons came at the shop of the informant and started damaging the articles and when the informant reached near his shop, the accused shot fire at him but it

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and his name transpired during the course of investigation as member of the mob. The petitioner was not apprehended from the spot. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is a student studying in B. Com 2nd year. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62698 of 2021. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on
